The Company's specialty is making fix-and-flip loans to real estate investors. We also offer a 3 or 5 year "mini-permanent" loan on non-owner occupied residential (1 to 4 unit) investment properties that have already been rehabilitated and rented. As the market dictates, we do some construction and small commercial real estate lending as well.
