MMTC and Merchants Funding periodically co-hosts free fix-and-flip workshops that are informative and educational for both novice and experienced investors. The workshops cover a variety of information on financing fix-and-flip properties, how to calculate profits and analyze potential deals, how to locate fix-and-flip properties, and what to expect when rehabbing and selling investment properties. In addition to representatives from MMTC or Merchants Funding, other local experts such as realtors who specialize in finding fix-and-flip properties, appraisers, title companies, contractors and inspectors are also featured speakers.
